Once you buy a domain name you then decide how to use it. But what happens is everything doesn't go as planned?

When you forward a domain name you point it to another domain name. You wait 24 hour for propagation, yes I recommend waiting the full 24 hours, and you find that your domain forwarding is not working. Where to start? Well, I would start by checking to make sure the domain name is pointed to the correct URL. I know is sounds simple, but a little typo can have a drastic effect. If the forwarded URL is spelled correctly, them move to making sure you are on your domain companies forwarding IP and name servers. If you have double check all of those things and the forwarding is still not working, I recommend calling your domain provider.

Domain hosting is used if you want to upload your own website to your host companies server. So you purchased hosting and a domain name, set up the hosting and are ready to upload your site. You go to FTP but the hosting isn't responding. What's next? Once again, make sure it has been at least 24 hours, that maddening propagation time. If it is still not connecting, check to make sure you are on your hosting company's correct name servers and IP address. If all is correct and FTP still wont connect, contact your hosting company.

Domain issues are easy to asses and easier to fix. Don't be afraid to "get you hands dirty" and try to fix them yourself. Anything that can be done can be undone. If all else failed call your domain/hosting company. If your domain/hosting company does not have 24 hour support via phone, I recommend finding a new provider.

Thank you,
GreatDomainRace.com
Cheap Domain Registration

<dc:subject>Domain Name</dc:subject>

What is a 6-in-1 SSL Certificate?

A 6-in-1 SSL Certificate is an SSL
certificate that can be used to secure the requestor's main Web site
(e.g., yourpersonaldomainname.com) and up to six top-level domain
variations that point to the same IP address as the main site - e.g.,
yourpersonaldomainname.net, yourpersonaldomainname.org,
yourpersonaldomainname.info, yourpersonaldomainname.biz,
yourpersonaldomainname.us.

Because an SSL certificate only works properly with the domain for which it is issued,
pointing a domain to an IP used by another SSL-secured site normally
will cause a certificate security error. The SSL 6-in-1 Certificate
solves this problem for customers who have multiple domain names aliased to a single hosting
account (i.e. DNS records for multiple TLDs point to the same account).
A 6-in-1 SSL Certificate thus eliminates security warning errors that
may scare off potential customers and other visitors to a supposedly secure Web site.

Thank you,
GreatDomainRace.com
Cheap Domain Registration

<dc:subject>Internet Definitions</dc:subject>

Quick Blogcast now easier to customize!

We’ve refined the built-in CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) Editor to make changing the look and feel of your blogcast a breeze:

image manipulation utilities that you can access through your code to
create, edit, and compose bitmap images. There are many Web
applications that use ImageMagick to manipulate images. If you are an
experienced programmer, you can use Perl or PHP to access ImageMagick's
convert utility.

Using ImageMagick, you can:

Convert an image from one format to another.

Resize, rotate, or add special effects to an image.

Easily create thumbnails on your Web page.

Create a transparent image suitable for use on the Web.

Turn a group of images into a GIF animation sequence.

Create a composite image by combining several separate image.

Draw shapes or text on an image.

All of our Linux hosting plans include ImageMagick. The convert path to ImageMagick, version 5 on our servers is:

/usr/bin/

The convert path to ImageMagick, version 6 on our servers is:

/usr/local/bin/

The official definition of a domain name is a Web address, such as yourdomain.com, that is linked to an IP address (which represents a physical point on the Internet). The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is the governing body that coordinates links between IP addresses and domain names across the Internet, so you can find Web sites by entering domain names instead of IP addresses into your Web browser. But lets simplify a domain name and break it down to its five main uses; forwarding, hosting, email, parking, and selling.

Domain forwarding is used when you want to point one domain name to another domain name. An example of when you would want to use domain forwarding is if you have a long affiliate URL and would like to make it shorter and more memorable. Example: yourdomain.com would forward to affiliate.com/1234/affiliateuser/yourID.

Hosting a domain name is when you use the domain name to put up a website. Hosting refers to the website files on a web server. The domain name acts like the "pointer" to that server and allows people access the website.

Custom domain email allows you to have and you@yourdomain.com email address. With ISP or other email provides, it can be difficult to get an email address that is easy to use or remember. Due to the high volume of users, the risk of selecting an email address that is already taken is high. Personalized domain email is easy to remember and access.

Domain parking allows you to gain revenue form domain names that are not being used for an official website. Parked domain use ads as a place holder, once one of the ads are click on, the domain owner earns revenue.

Some domain users buy and sell domain name by buying a domain at a lower rate and the "flipping" it for a profit. These domainers assess the value of domain names as investments. You can sell a domain name through several different mediums.

Domain names are the most visible aspect of the internet. Companies and individuals use domain names to brand themselves online and create their online identities. Start your online adventure today and get a domain name.

Thank you,
GreatDomainRace.com
Cheap Domain Registration

<dc:subject>Domain Name</dc:subject>

Get your piece of the untapped Asian Internet market!

Do you

But
getting to the top of the rankings takes alot of time and effort.
Starting off on the right foot is important to be successful.

The
two single most important factor of basic search engine optimization
(SEO) is your TITLE and META Description tags. Now some people will
argue that building backlinks and blogging are more important and I do
agree with them, but I feel those are more advanced stages of SEO.

Your
website title tag, which defines the content displayed in a browser's
address bar when displaying a Web page, is one of the most important
elements in the search engine optimization process for a Web page.
Well-composed Title tags should contain clear, concise, coherent, and
keyword-rich content. Because space for your title tag is limited do
not waste that prime real estate by including your domain name or name
of your business.

Your Meta Description tag determines what
some search engines will show on their search results pages when
listing your page. Consequently, the tags content should be
descriptive, enticing and brief. Because search engines do scan this
tag for keyword usage, Meta Description tags should include all of the
keywords for which the Web page is being optimized. However, the main
purpose of this tag is to be a description of what content is on your
entire web page. By having a precise Meta Description tag can ensure
that your website is being seen by the correct audience.

Perfecting
the combo or Title and Meta description tags can take some time and
research, but it is well worth it. Free target website traffic from
search engines starts with basic Search Engine Optimization.

Thank you,
GreatDomainRace.com
Cheap Domain Registration
<dc:subject>SEO</dc:subject>

</rdf:RDF>
